ABOUT ME
CYCLING is my passion!! And I love to make others feel as good about the sport as I do. But I am also passionate about fitness and nutrition in general.
I coach for the Avantidrome and a few individual athletes. Outside of this I have worked with Cycling New Zealand as a youth instructor.
I am also studying for a degree in sports science development and coaching at Waikato University.

Who are you?
I am a national and world ranked cyclist based in Waikato. My passions include sports, nutrition, people and animals.
I am dedicated and hardworking.
How did you get into cycling?
I started out on a mountain bike pretty much as soon as I could walk!! when I was eleven I chose road cycling as my school sport as it seemed to me to be the most fun. It has taken me all over NZ and the world, given me skills, courage and huge enjoyment .
What is your favourite pre race food?
literally just sugarfree hot choccy and oats haha !!
why are you passionate about your sport?
I like going fast and travelling the world !
What are your hobbies out of cycling?
love coaching and seeing people succeed!! It is especially satisfying seeing my junior clients achieving their goals and discovering their future potential.

Join any of my plans to develop your skillset in a professional and positive environment, and start playing today.
Each plan comes with a free consultation or Skype call.
Plans will be prescribed after purchase on Google Docs.
GENERAL FITNESS
$15 weekly
This package is targeted at those people that cycle to stay fit and healthy or are training with no event in mind the training will be good fun and have a lot of variety.
RACE PREP
$25.00 weekly
This package is aimed for those that are targeting a specific event and goal e.g. Time trial at road nationals or IP at track nationals. the training will be specific and help you hit your target at the correct time

The plan gets made and then adjusted after consultation !

OTHER
I am also wanting to start a bunch ride that goes out once a week for riders that are at a low to moderate level of fitness for confidence and good conversation- if you are interested please message me

I am also thinking of taking a group of people on a guided bike tour through cycle trails or long rides up to 100km.

I am also starting my personal training course which will allow me to prescribe gym programmes and take spin classes in the next year !
